Flax seed in heat wave

For about 1 1/2 years, I have been taking a tablespoon of ground flax seed with a glass of water half an hour before breakfast each morning. It actually helps. During the day I have no more heat waves, at night only now and then. Even with mucosal dryness I have made good experiences with it. Can only recommend the tip.
